TEETH Return Policy
We want you to love your TEETH products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Items can be returned or exchanged for a refund to the original payment method, provided they are in pristine condition—unworn, and with all original tags attached. Please note that undergarments such as socks and boxer briefs cannot be returned or exchanged once removed from their original packaging.
How to initiate a return
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return by completing the return form linked at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send back the itemusing your order name. Please be aware that packages sent to us without prior approval will not qualify for a refund.
Important considerations
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We recommend using a trusted carrier and obtaining tracking and delivery confirmation, as TEETH cannot reimburse for lost or stolen packages without these proofs.
- Proof of tracking and a signature upon delivery are required for reimbursement to be processed.
- Art has to be in it's original packaging to be returned.
- Please note that One Of One items are not refundable.
